Lunch Experience
Para um dia de workshop com a Avon, a Symrise - laboratório de aromas e fragrâncias - nos desafiou a criar uma experiência que encapsulasse as suas novas fragrâncias. Brincamos com temperatura, textura e materiais de laboratório na apresentação. Para a fragrância inspirada no paraquedismo, criamos uma gelatina de céu com as notas do perfume, enquanto as essências de pistache e amarena foram protagonistas nas sobremesas e cápsulas comestíveis.
For their workshop day with Avon and as a producer of flavors and fragrances, Symrise challenged us to create an experience that would literally encapsulate their new fragrances. We played with temperature, texture and lab materials for our preentation. For the fragrance inspired by skydiving, we created a sky jello with the edible aromas of the perfume, whilst their amarena and pistachio flavors also featured in the desserts and edible fragrance capsules.
